 Terms and Conditions 

1. The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of BT their families or its agencies. Only one entry per person

2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.

3. The prize is a holiday to Chicago for two including:  

a trip to Chicago for two (2) people for 5 nights sharing one (1) room with breakfast included, 

return economy flights from London, Edinburgh or Manchester 

private airport transfers between the airport and accommodation  

UK departure taxes 

Travel insurance for all passengers  

7-Day Unlimited Ride Chicago Travel Pass (CTA) for all passengers 

Observation Skydeck Admission Ticket for all passengers 

Dinner At a Historical Restaurant in Chicago (to the value of $100 per head) 

EE will also add a 6months Roam Abroad pass free of charge to either or both of the holiday recipients, if they already hold a Pay Monthly mobile plan with us.  

4. At least one person travelling must be aged 21 and over. If the winner is under 21 then their accompanying guest must be 21+.  

5. The prize is subject to availability. 

6. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the whole or part of the prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

7. Entries must be made by completing the entry form, via the Rewards Hub on the EE App between 20th December 2023 and 17th January 2024, 5pm. Entries sent in through agents or third parties will not be entered into the Prize Draw. 

8. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn at random by an independent person on 24th January 2024. Winner will be notified by email on or before 21st February 2024. 

9. A list of prize winner (last name and county only) may be obtained by written request by sending an SAE to British Telecommunications plc, 1 Braham Street, London, E1 8EE on or before 21st February 2024.

10. By entering this Prize Draw you agree that your image, biography and likeness (if applicable) may be used by the Promoter in unpaid promotional related publicity (including photographic shots and interviews.

11. Your personal details will be retained for the purpose of the Prize Draw and follow-up communications relating to the prize draw, including the communications about Samsung Galaxy which you’ve signed up to receive. 12. No cash alternative will be offered, and prizes are non-transferable. 

13. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the winner if they cannot be contacted within 7 days, and the right to disqualify any entrant or select alternative winner in the event that it believes that any entrant has contravened these Terms and Conditions.  

14. Submitting an entry to this Prize Draw is deemed to be acceptance by the entrants of these Terms and Conditions. These terms are in conjunction with Samsung’s terms and conditions found here https://samsungoffers.claims/prizedraw/terms. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable. 

15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this Prize Draw or by the entrant’s acceptance of the prize.
