My apologies for jumping onto this thread but i too recently received a PCN for an overstay at this car park, also a blue badge holder. I emailed the landowners this morning, Quintain and received the response -
"Please appeal to UKPP who manage the area."
DannyinLondon - did you receive a response to your complaint?
Could i ask advice, is it worth worth replying to them and reiterating that they are the land owners or should i now go through the appeal process with UKPPO?0 -
Just a happy update!
We have received an email from Quintain and they are cancelling the PCN
Big THANK YOU! to everyone on this forum especially to people that answered.
See their reply below.
Good afternoon Mr.... and thank you for your email.UKPP are a very good company and I have no doubt that had you have approached them with this issue, I am certain that they would have cancelled the pcn under the circumstances. However you have come to us and on this occasion, due to these circumstances we would be more than happy to cancel this pcn.Kind regardsPlease continue with your good work and lets beat these bloodsuckers to the ground!

Yes it was worth while. I have sent and email to approx. 5 different people in the organization
I used https://hunter.io/ to look for all the people (their emails) within the company and found the CEOs email too
I also attached my daughters Blue badge, DRs report, and receipt from Lidl

DannyinLondon congratulations on your outcome and thank you for providing the Hunter details. This was very helpful and i am pleased to say i have also (after emailing various people including the CEO stating my disgust at the one liner response originally received) now received an email confirming the PCN has been cancelled.
Thank you to you and also to everyone else for all the very helpful information.
May you all have a lovely weekend.5 -

Could you add this landowner's contact info to Successful Complaints About PPCs (the first hyperlinked thread in the NEWBIES thread?
It will be seen there and help others.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
