EDIT: For some reason it didn't help to unlock the next tile on my Swaggo board. Had the tile with 5SB highlighted so with another 7SB the 10Sb tile should light up too. Strange.

not usually cumulative - the 50 only marks the 50 not all the smaller ones below it etc

It's a long shot but can you change the connection type? Wifi to data, or tether to another device with a different network provider.

Possibly even try over a public wifi connection. This would give you a different IP address that could possibly convince the app you're in the UK.

There's really no reason that one app should identify you as outside the UK when the others don't but this is SB and their software has never been known to be glitch free  . 

Thanks, Ivana - I hadn't thought of that!  I tried closing the Wifi connection on the phone and accessing the app via 4G, but it didn't make any difference.  Customers Services's response to my ticket suggested making sure I was on the latest version of Android, and I found I wasn't and dowloaded it;  it didn't help with the app, but the other two apps stopped working for me!  I uninstalled all of them and reinstalled;  Answer and Daily Trivia happily worked for me again, but the Swagbucks app still refuses.  It is in the hands of Customer Services - I have given them a load of technical information, and do hope they are able to fix it.  I won't be able to submit the full Swago without it!

I'll be out this afternoon so I'll see whether I can pick up some guest Wifi and see what happens!

I'm glad you're back up and running. It really is so typically SBs, all that effort to sort out their problem. For what will, in the end, earn a tiny amount of points.

Has anyone else uploaded photo ID in order to receive the gift vouchers.  My tesco voucher didn't have a code and they sent an email asking me to upload ID, I'm just unsure how safe their security is to be honest.

No never had to do that, tends to be a code on phone

No never had to do that, tends to be a code on phone 

Yes, that's how I use to find it but because it didn't have a QR code I contacted them and they sent me an email about change in security etc.  I find it extreme just for a £10, tesco voucher, plus personal details from said passport would be stored for three years.  I'm not applying for a bank loan!!

It sounds the same system that I had to go through in order to be able to log back in to the Swagbucks app.  In ten years I have never been asked for photo verification, but hopefully now that they have it, it should last for quite a while.  It will not be for each and every Tesco voucher, I am certain!

I had none of that for either of my last 2 vouchers (£10 and £5), quite odd.
