I don’t understand why it didn’t pay out. It hasn’t even recorded on my visit page. I will have to raise a ticket but I know it won’t let me for about a week

I have the most peculiar problem with the Swagbucks app. When I log in, it insists that I am in an unsupported country (I am, of course, in the UK) and will not let me in. The Answer app does not have a problem, nor does the Daily Trivia app, nor does the Swagbucks web site via Chrome; nor does the web site via Firefox on my desktop computer. Just the Swagbucks app. I have tried re-booting the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling the Swagbucks app, clearing cache and cookies, but nothing seems to fix it. I have raised a ticket, but of course non-standard tickets like this can take ages, and I need to access the app in order to clear the Swago square for claiming a Swagcode through it. Has anybody else experienced this problem?

I didn't know, until seeing it in Martin's e-mail today, that: "If you're a Swagbucks member, you can get a bonus 50SB points on your birthday, valid for 30 days, when you cash out a voucher. " So I've put it in my diary to redeem points for a card in my birthday month!

Presumably you need to cash in SBs for a card, of any type, on your birthday, to get the Swagup which is valid for 30 days afterwards. (And, given what we know of Swagbucks and their unawareness of the world outside the USA, I would be inclined to leave it until 4pm, when it is 8am for them!)
