Set max temp on electric radiator

Hi, We don't have a gas connection so I hope someone will be able to help with this. I have looked on Google and can't find an electric radiator which I can have an electrician fit on to a wall BUT it MUST have (somehow) a way which I can set the max temp - maybe with a password or something else. For example 23 degrees or 25 degrees, etc. so that the temp can not be altered.
All the wall hung electric radiators I can find go to to 30 degree or even 35. Or they can be altered once they has been set.
This is for my son's room and he has it on so high at night that it is starting to damage the plaster on the walls. We have tried telling him we will take it out - but of course we can't do that :-)
Does anyone know a supplier or website I can search on.
Thank you

You can get ones that lock with a screw so the controls are inaccessible or require you to long press a couple of buttons to change settings. Is he old enough to work them out?
Depending on the layout of the house you could have an isolating switch (possibly on a timer?) in your bedroom so you can turn it off overnight which would be less drastic than removing it. Presumably he would soon learn: the cold is a harsh teacher0 -
How cold is your house that he needs a radiator on overnight!?
You could fit a storage heater on a timer controlled somewhere else in the house.0 -
Not a recommendation but you get the likes of https://www.electricradiatorsdirect.co.uk/ecostrad-iq-ceramic-wifi-controlled-electric-radiators/ where you can lock the control panel and control it via app but unlocking is a key sequence so not fool proof if they are of an age to google the instructions to find out how to unlock.0

Does your son have learning difficulties? The usual, and safest, solution is a wire mesh wall mounted heater cage.
I would be wary of any solution which might encourage him to poke about with a screwdriver, nail file, etc. in an attempt to defeat it.
35°C is described as lukewarm. It is nowhere near the temperature which would damage plaster. However be aware that the thermostat measures the room temperature, not the surface temp of the radiator, which will be much higher. Hence the safety benefit of a cage which will prevent accidental skin contact.0 -
Thank you all for your kind answers. I have just spent my lunch break on yet another search of Google with no luck. I really don't want to restrict the amount of time the radiator is on and he is old enough (14) to decide when he wants to warm his room. BUT I really would like to just set a maximum temp which can't be changed. I would have thought that there would be one company with this option.0

This wall controller connects via Bluetooth to the PLXENC range of Dimplex radiators shown lower down on the page.
An app can be used instead.
