Wouldn’t this be better placed in the pet care section?Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £19,575.020

There are hundreds of alternatives and so it really depends on if you want the expensive but high cover of the likes of PetPlan and knowing premiums won't increase due to your claims or a cheap and cheerful product which will become a lot less cheap or cheerful if you have to make claims and a problem if its for chronic conditions.0

If your where insured with pet plan I think there is a company that offers higher cover at less cost with similar conditions attached (AGRIA) but do check for yourself.Once any pet has been treated for any condition changing the insurers will mean it won't be covered for this if it occurs againDullGreyGuy said:There are hundreds of alternatives and so it really depends on if you want the expensive but high cover of the likes of PetPlan and knowing premiums won't increase due to your claims or a cheap and cheerful product which will become a lot less cheap or cheerful if you have to make claims and a problem if its for chronic conditions.

New customers get an introductory reduction to encourage you to join up.The second year you lose that plus you have the additional annual increase to cover increased running costs. So a double whammy.Breed, age, previous claims and post code( which indicates vet charges) all affect how your premium is calculated.Get quotes and check out reviews ( cheap can be cheap for a reason) and make your choice.0
