Looks like I`ll have to go for a shorty one, if i go for the midi one, what age do you think it will last until.

A friend has got an ikea one, and must say I was impressed, but too long for my son`s room.

Other option is to get bunk beds and put them intogether and have a toy room, good or bad idea?

could get ones that split and more them when older and less toys, or is that a dream? the less toys bit, that is.

    Swizzlebabe, I reckon that's a great idea.
You won't be trippin gover toys in the middle of the night, and you'll be able to organise the playroom for easy tidying:D.

I'd keep sleeping/liviong areas away from the play area too if I could. Mind you, you'll stiill have to climb to reach the sheets.

My 10 year old sits at one end, stretching the fitted sheet into the furthest corner, while I endeavour to fit the other two at the other end. Then we both get down, and I fix the final one so it lays flat (ish).
I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.

Here's the link to the Argos page for the shorty range.
Oddly it looks like the high sleeper is the same price as the bunk!
My oldest has the high sleeper, but the ladder is flat against the frame.
In the blurb about the bunk, it says mattress, not matresses, included, so you'd need to check what you get with it.
