Seems an unnecessarily clickbaity title: "here's how to complain and get your money back"
Answer in article: "If you were overcharged, you'll be refunded automatically"
Granted, there could be exceptions in that automated process though, and for some there'll be the wider issue of consequential losses....4 -

BA have overcharged me for flights and it is proving impossible to get this resolved. My confirmation receipt has one figure wheras they have overcharged me on my Amex Statement. The flights were booked back in June. When I rang BA they advised me to contact AMEX to raise a dispute - which I did. They have now raised the dispute (3 times) but have been unable to get BA to refund the overcharges. I have had several attempts at contacting BA personally which has proved totally fruitless. Each call is a nightmare. It can take up to 1 1/2 hours without getting anywhere and I am constantly being given the wrong advice. I have tried to raise this issue on their website and I receive a generic email in return with no advice on how to resolve the issue. I have emailed their Chairman and the head of Customer Services..... but no surprise .... have not had any response! Could anyone help with some adivce?0

How much is the fare and how much is the overcharged amount?
Was there just one charge on the credit card statement, or more than one?Did you purchase anything extra at the same time, such as seat selection? Are you overseas? Could it be a foreign transaction fee? I believe AmEx charge around 2.99%. Would that percentage correlate the the amount you believe to be overcharged?0
