so probably my annual base salary will be 51k before tax (we are supposed to be told of any rise during jan) so this will start from my jan pay packet. I think theres around £580 for some medical cover the company pays yearly and I have around 9.6k in an ISA set up oct last year. My pension contribution is paid from that 51k salary0

Ignore ISA income for tax purposes, the whole point of ISAs is that they're not taxable!consumers_revenge said:the only other money money comes in from an ISA, which adds it monthly , do you need to declare this?1 -
I think because I do salary sacrifice my p60 is a lot lower than the 50l limit. as I calculated my SS monthly and multiplied it by 12 and Im at my proper salary. If they just work it off the p60 Im probably still under 50k for a year or 2 anyway.0

Check the taxable pay to date figure on your latest (December) payslip.
Then add 3 months of your gross taxable pay, or estimate it by whatever you think the payrise will be.
It's probably easier to wait until you know you payrise amount.
The options really to get it below the £50k is to either sacrifice some pay, make some AVCs into the workplace pension, buy some cycle to work vouchers, make a charitable donation, participate in an employer share buying scheme etc1
