Going to ask the dumb question.
It looks like you download MyDrive Connect to your Windows / Mac Device, connect up the 6250, install, then login and activate the services on the device. That allows you to install the applications and from then on it updates itself over a wifi connection (or sim?).
Have you done all of that. As I say probably a dumb question but best to tart at the beginning.0 -
Not dumb but yes I have reload software and still all the stuff that was on like poi map for example is missing and it’s useless now picks up nothing no poi nothing on the map etc etc0

It download and updates speed camera but all the missing software does not go on anymore. I know tom tom like the back of my teeth I used to test them for them years ago and had many tom tom but they just don’t answer anymore.
