Is there a retail ombudsman to make a complaint about Boots?

Hello,
Is there a retail ombudsman to make a complaint about Boots? I am at the end of my tether trying to deal with Boots via telephone, getting no where trying to get an eGift card issue resolved, which I can only use online. I reported the issue on 06/12/2023.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks!

What is the issue?
I know people who have used them in store, they got the eGift code and then when in store the cashier scanned the eGift barcode and applied it to the purchases.
Done similar with the like of Waterstones and eGift cards.1 -
If you gave details of the actual issue, maybe someone on here will have a solution.0

There is an ADR company that used to call themselves the Retail Ombudsman but they were forced to remove the title ombudsman from their name for failing to prove they meet the standards required... they are now called Retail ADR
Like any ADR service they are a voluntary service and the merchant needs to have signed up to them and paid their fees for you to be able to use them; Boots haven't signed up to them, you'd need to check Boot's website to see if they have signed up with any other ADR.
There isn't an ombudsman equivalent to OfCom or the Financial Ombudsman which are created by statute1 -
