"(a) The previously reserved costs of £315, and"
I don't think the above is relevant
1 -
Of course not. Not relevant. Things like that shouldn't be copied. Also if you used the Template Defence months ago, go back and compare it to this WS side by side and remove whole chunks in the WS that merely repeat the defence. There are some huge sectons that are probably just repetition.

So does that include paragraphs like the costs as they are listed in the initial defence?0

Includes pretty much the whole second half.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Would it be a problem if I chose to keep them in? just trying to understand the process as a complete novice in anything legal - and getting a bit confused - the Newbies thread says to add things like the Beavis case and exhibits, which aren't fully present in the initial defence. Apart from the repetitive issues is there anything else you guys think I need to change or add?0
-
The reason it says that was to cover people whose defences were weak and didn't cover everything.
Judges prefer concise submissions. Get on the good side of the Judge. You don't need any knowledge at all to remove the repetition and your WS will be better for it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I understand thank you, sorry to ask again but once I have removed this repetition do you think the WS is good enough to send?0

3. I would draw to the attention of the court that there is now a are now two persuasive Appeal judgments to support striking out the claim (in these exact circumstances of typically poorly pleaded private parking claims, and the extant PoC seen here are far worse than the one seen on Appeal). The sense of para 3# needs changing as above. You might want to read this 14 August at 8:52PM <<<< LINK if you haven't included it, or at least the sense of it, in your para 3.
ETA Upon rereading, I see you have.1 -
Attended court this morning and...I won! Very quick hearing and I barely had to speak as my evidence spoke for itself, thank you so much for all your help on here 😀 . Once I have the official paperwork I will add it to the list on here of wins.3
