Safestyle warranty issue

We had some Safestyle doors installed in early 2020 that we’ve had several issues with. We were expecting one of their tradesmen to come and sort it out right around the time they went in to administration.  We’ve been in touch with Anglia windows who passed us to Installsure regarding a warranty claim. 

However Installsure have now come back and said they have no record of a warranty from Safestyle being registered with them for our installation.  I’ve provided them with the contract reference numbers etc but they’ve said they can’t help.

Does anyone have any advice as to what I can now do? I have evidence that the installation was carried out, paid for, finance sorted and paid down but now I can’t get a warranty claim sorted as apparently it wasn’t registered?

There was a similar thread on here recently, and I think the advice was to contact the finance company because they are equally liable.  If your contract with Safestyle says you paid for a warranty and you haven't got one, then your loss is the cost of taking out a warranty.

Thank you for your reply.  There’s no finance outstanding now, we’ve paid it all off. Would the finance company have any interest or liability In this if they’re no longer involved?

I might add that I have a FENSA installation certificate but no paperwork evidence of a warranty registered with Installsure.
