Front door lock broken

As shown in the picture below the lock has broken for some reason. I have got a guarantee on the lock however I called the firm and they lady said they will post a new chamber/barrel out and email me a YouTube video on how to change it.
I told them no and to get someone out.

The guarantee likely covers the lock but not any associated costs, such as installation. This is quite normal.
