  • Would the following wording be ok?

along with [insert name (previously known as) and current address of sibling 1] and [insert name (previously known as) and current address of sibling 2] a general disponee of the deceased conform to the will dated [insert date] which is herewith exhibited and docquetted and signed by me as relative hereto.

Might be better to include the name changes beside the address changes. For example (if accurate):

I said will, the said [sibling 1] is named [ x ] a former name, the said [sib 2] is named [Y] a former name, and me, the said deceased, the said [sib 1] and the said [sib 2] are all designed as residing at [address] a former address.
  • Apologies if this should be an obvious answer but for the rest of the wording on the form will I refer to my sisters as their current names?

Reflecting on your first post, I presume that the will (if not earlier than 1/8/95) also has one witness signature and is signed or initialled by your father on each page.

  • The will is dated April 1993 and is signed by my father on each page and is signed by 2 witnesses on page 4 (solicitor and secretary signatures)

       ....good

  • I'm onto the inventory Buddy. I've listed the property and his current account (his only bank account except an ISA which doesn't have any funds in it)
The furniture etc in his house wouldn't amount to much so would I need to put that on it also he has 2 cars so would they go on separately and how would they be worded?

example wording. many house contents often have low or no market value.

  • Brilliant thanks again!
I think that's it completed. Would you be able to have a look at it  to see what you think?
