Taylor Wimpey part exchange

Can anyone offer their experience of part exchanging their existing property when buying a TW new build. I am currently considering this and ( to my surprise) have read many positive stories on this and other sites.
PX is attractive to me since I am willing to lose a little market value to avoid the stress of selling. Moving out of one house straight into another with no uncertainty over selling, and moving in dates, appeals to me.
TIA

At the moment house builders will likely give you what your house is worth, knock off some money and throw in extras.
Do you know what dela would make you happy and ask for more.1 -
they low balled us with px, also if does nto sell fast they ask you to lower priceDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.1
