Stansted Airport and London Colney MET Parking Defence

Quick fire questions as I know everyone on this group is very busy!
1. I received a court claim for two separate incidents in two different MET car parks. Is this normal as each has different circumstances and should be defended differently?
2. I acknowledged on MCOL and then submitted my defence to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk by email (email acknowledgement received). Do I need to do anything on MCOL like say I have submitted my defence by email?
Thank you.0

Have you submitted a separate defence for each claim? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yes, that's right KeithP. There are two claims on the same claim form. Both MET parking for different locations and different dates. I submitted a defence for both together as to he deadline was Friday 5th January.0

Nothing further need be done on MCOL.
Do keep an eye on the MCOL Claim History though. You don't want any surprises.0 -
That's great, thank you.0

Hi. I just received a 'Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track' and have an option to have the case to be referred to the Small Claims Mediation Service. I'm thinking of taking this option. Are there any negatives of going down this route?0

Have you read what @bargepole has to say about mediation in his post linked from the second post of the NEWBIES thread?0
