YBS login issues anyone?

Don’t appear to be able to log into YBS this morning, have attempted online and via app. Anyone else having issues?
I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.

Just tried app and it says ‘Something Went Wrong’………badly planned change or they have issues I suspect.0

I'm getting "sorry, something went wrong" on the app so there does appear to be an issue.0

Working fine for me on iPhone/IOS, and also from Win10 PC via Chrome (latter a little bit slow but worked)0

My Experience sofar with YBS:If you transfer Money from YBS to a current account, even you do that short after midnight say 00:30 they will not arrive until the following day, so you will lose one day interest again on the way out.For Payment on YBS saving by Debircard, you could only do three consecutive payments, irrespective whether you doit on the same saving AC three tines or three different YBS saving accounts. After three consecutive payment it will fail. You will need to wait another three days (say) to be able to pay again by Debit card.1

And have had to wait around 3 days before I could use any card again.

I'm not able to access www.ybs.co.uk this morning - that's on a PC using both Chrome and Edge browsers. I also tried on my phone using both Chrome and Firefox and managed to display the homepage but when I click on any links, it hangs.
According to the various 'down for everyone or just me ?' sites it's just me, which I find strange considering that I can't access their site using two different ISPs with various different browsers.
While I was briefly on the homepage, I noticed a banner proclaiming something about a 'new look' - have they effectively broken their own site ?
