I have a Tesco Credit Card that’s interest free on purchases until March 4th
Does it all have to cleared for that date or will it be from the statement date it’s needs to be paid to avoid interest

I suspect it's 0% until that next statement pay date and then the interest starts to accrue. And because you have an outstanding balance any further purchases from 4th March will accrue interest from date of purchase.
But best to get someone at TCC to confirm. Preferably get it in writing, via chat or in an email, just in case the person who responds gets it wrong. If you can't get it in writing ensure you keep a note of the date, time, person, phone number so you can complain and refer them to the call.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards.
