    Thank you. The credit limit (if offered was even higher) and will save me closer to about £250 a month. Keeping my expectations low though.

    Also been offered a CC with 18.9% APR with a limit between £3-5k, no 0% offer though unfortunately. Looks like things are moving in the right direction though. I'll be changing address soon though which will put me back a few months presumably as institutions get funny about change of address and I have a long history at my previous address. It was why I was hoping to pick up a deal before the move.

    Fluid also now pre approving me for a card on their own eligibility checker whereas I was failing before. Unfortunately it doesn't tell you if balance transfers will be included and what the credit limit may be so that's a no from me.

    And been told whilst it is not visible on my app, MBNA have a 0% transfer offer for me. At the moment it's only for £200 but I tried paying off my balance by a couple of quid and it increased the amount I can transfer. I have to call them to find out details. If so, I could look to pay off about £4/£5k from my other cards (can't say how), to MBNA and then do a balance transfer back. Annoying I have to call them to find out more as it is not visible on my app and customer services won't give me any details.

    Asked on live chat why I was given false information as I called up and was told the opposite to what I was told on chat by two representatives. Immediately offered £30 as compensation so long as the complaint was closed. I turned it down saying I don't want to be bribed to close the case and want to know why I was given wrong information and why the institution would rather fob me off with a small sum then investigate internally how and why false information could be given like this. Left a very sour taste in my mouth given that bribe. Is that standard policy for institutions instead of trying to get to the heart of the problem?
