What was the initial offer? 0% spending? 0% BT?
In my experience 0% spending never gets offered (again) on an existing card. 0% BT do get offered again from time to time but never with no fee though sometimes the fee offered is fairly low - how long till you get the offer is a bit of a how long is a piece of string. The best offers are invariably for new cards as they are hooks to bring in custom.
If you are asking because you won’t have cleared the balance, then you need to think how you will minimise interest after the promotion ends as you will invariably be heading for a standard (high) apr. If you are asking from the point of “should I keep the card now I've paid it off?” then the answer is maybe. You might get a half decent MT or BT deal somewhere down the line and provided you don’t have loads of other cards keeping it may make you look more desirable to other providers. If keeping it after paying it off, best practice is to make a small purchase each month (and pay that off in full) so the card doesn’t become dormant.0 -

I just transferred 1200, 850 aqua 350 Vanquis: I have 1300 PayPal to pay if and Argos and very buy now pay later.. I can afford to pay them off just I took out 14%0 Lloyds && 3-4%0 purchases
I never used them before my aqua offers me MT literally after I finished the last one and it’s paid off.. third time in a row now that it’s happened so was wondering if the BT And purchase would be similar0 -

As 0% purchases paid off in time makes the CC provider no money there is usually no point offering a repeat - perhaps if you had taken time to pay back and paid interest to them they would offer a new 0% period once you had repaid though this would not be the MSE way of using the card. Thinking back I may have been offered short 0% spending periods on cards that have been unused for over a year (presumably to tempt me to start using the card again) but that hasn’t happened for years now. The way to get a new 0% spending deal is to take out a card with another provider (or close the card and wait until you can become a 'new' customer).0 -
Ahh that makes sense - thanks so much!!0
