A bit more information is required?z.j.c said:Trying to work out if switching to this plan is worth it.
is there anyway to find out the daily rates or the wholesale rates so I can work out the formula?
Are you perhaps talking about Octopus Tracker?0 -
I think you're going to have to be a bit more specific?z.j.c said:Trying to work out if switching to this plan is worth it.

Easily done!I am on the tracker tariff in the absence of any fixes that pull be far enough under the cap. Sure it comes at a risk that the daily rate rises and isn’t protected by the price cap, but so far I’ve remained way under the cap so many £’s better off!
There is an app called Octopus Compare that allows you to easily compare two tariffs historically if you are already on an Octopus tariff. There is probably a website that would allow you to get the day by day rates - someone I’m sure will add if there is!
I also know that should rates significantly rise I can leave the tariff (but can’t go back for 9 months), so I’d only want to do that if we had some crisis.0
