These companies are simply relying that the manufactures will roll over & pay out Like VW did, even though they had no need to in UK & Europe.
There is no proof any had cheat devices.Life in the slow lane0 -
Cavity wall is a lot different to the Diesel emissions scandal.mgfvvc said:There is an ongoing thread elsewhere from people who signed up to a no win, no fee arrangement where they were told they could get thousands claiming for inappropriate cavity wall insulation. They didn't. The insurance company is in administration and they are on the hook for 5 figure bills for costs.
What many people are signing up to are intermediaries who then sell the claim on to a firm of solicitors.
People unsure are better off consulting the researched article on the main website and contacting their preferred firm of solicitors.

There were cheat devices on the UK cars but the difference was it is not illegal to do so in the UK.born_again said:These companies are simply relying that the manufactures will roll over & pay out Like VW did, even though they had no need to in UK & Europe.

The claim in the UK were based on the cars being mis sold as they did not have the reduced emissions that was claimed. The reduction only occured when the cars were under test and the cheat device kicked in.0
