1.9Gb PCV file

Options
How do I recover emails from a 1.9Gb PCV file - from a now dead PC - originally created using MOZBACKUP - When Mozbackup doesn't want to know when I try to RESTORE them ?
I have tried renaming the file as ZIP file but the INBOX folder, created won't open

    Try this

    Extract PCV File

    1. Right-click on the PCV file and select Properties.
    2. Here, replace . pcv with . zip and click on the Ok button.
    3. A dialog box will appear. Click on the Yes button.
    4. The PCV file is now an easily extractable zip file.
    5. Now, extract the file contents using WinZip, WinRar, 7Zip or similar tools.

    Resolved that problem

    Next issue

Whenever I run Outlook, (Office 2016 pro plus) I get.....

I assume that this is caused by the fact that I reinstalled all of my emails from a file on my D drive
but how do I change this back up location to c: drive - and hopefully stop this error message appearing ?
