Billing Issue
Hi All
I'm looking to find out if anyone else has had a billing issue with British Gas that has taken over a month to resolve and is still ongoing.
So I pay monthly and never miss a payment, I send in my readings, etc but am now in credit and have had no annual bill or monthly bill since Nov 2022 what was an annual
I thought ok the annual bill would be through in Nov 2023 the credit would go down and I'd know where I am but nothing
They have advised this will be looked at by a certain team and sorted but no response unless I chase and chase
I can't understand why if I owed the money they would be all over me for payments but when they are sitting on my money it all takes so long
Has anyone had this issue and what did you do to resolve

The simple answer is to vote with your feet and move to a provider who actually bothers to bill you properly.
