Parish council saving accounts

I volunteer for my parish council and am trying to find a saving account for some temporary surplus reserves which has 3% + interest and relatively easy access eg not locking down for more than 3 months.

can any one support? All the accounts business accounts I have found tend to exclude Public Authorities

thank you in advance for your support

Lloyds offer business savings accounts for Parish councils.  Although that is typically only if the current account is run with them as well.   The rate is rubbish unless its £10k plus.

May not be suitable as I think their lowest risk offer is a money market fund not a pure savings account but there is a body which specialises in savings for charities, churches, and local councils (very much including towns and parishes):
