Car share parking permits

My daughter and I share a care which I own. Because it is registered at my address she is unable to get a parking permit outside her flat when it is her turn to take the car because the address is different. Is there any way round this?

I guess this is to get a parking permit in an area where parking is challenging? Through a local authority? If so, you own the car, and it's registered at your address. So as a result the parking permit can't be issued as the registered address isn't in the street she wants the permit for?

As she borrows the car to use at her address sometimes, it's not her car, so she will be likely unable to satisfy the requirements for a parking permit as it belongs to you. No way around it that I'm aware of - changing the registered address on the registration document might in turn create issues in terms of insurance. If she wants a parking permit in her area, she needs a car registered in her name at her address.

Do they offer visitor permits for a day at a time? Some local authorities offer these (you have to buy them of course) so if she really must leave the car parked up for a few days would likely work out expensive - but a possible workaround.
