Hi gt94 - I didnt have to open GBP account first - just opened a Canada based CAD account.
I already had a UK based CAD account with HSBC (which has proved useless) so I didnt want to have the same issue. Just chose Canada at the outset. THanks again for your help (wmb & gt94) .0 -
And finally ! Happy Ending. WISE have been brilliant. Providing documents to prove account ownership per pension providers VERY specific demands. Sun Life have now accepted and will pay me electronically in future to my WISE Canadian Dollar account :-)6
