Has anyone received their claim email for £45 voucher from the Lebara deal from June 2023 weekly email. The 12GB deal.

After switching in July I’ve just received an email from Lebara/gift cloud for my voucher. Selected and downloaded without a problem.
So about 3 weeks late for me, but no longer.1 -
I have been with lebara for a year , my husband will have been with them a year next month
I have contacted them Several times to ask about our vouchers. Each time we are told next week
still got nothing from them0
