I have received a claim form for a claim by DCBL. However, I have also recently received confirmation by the Claimant that the PCN has been cancelled. Has anyone been in this situation before? Can DCBL still pursue a case when the PCN is cancelled?
I have submitted my AoS and am wondering if I still need to submit a defence.

You must still defend or you get a CCJ.

You may want to consider making a counterclaim for this if the PCN was cancelled, then neither DCB Legal or the claimant have any reason to process your personal data.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

You seem to have this under control, but the following might be useful...Alabaster_Blaster said:I have submitted my AoS already and defence is due on 9th JanTo create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline, of 4pm on 9th January, for filing a Defence.Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.1
