Remote Access

Elderly MIL has a new computer. The idea is that we have remote access for when something minor goes wrong. She won't be able to cope with being asked ro passwords etc. On the old computer we used Teamviewer but it seemd on the new machine to only be possible to set it up to give access on receipt of a password (might be my incompetence 😢). Any suggestions for software, preferably free and no user input?

Well just install Teamviewer again and sign into it use the same details you had before.  It works in exactly the same way.  It being a new computer makes absolutely no difference.

What's probably happened here is you've just set it up again and the default mode waves a new password at you.

Windows 11. An Acer desktop.
