Remote Access

Elderly MIL has a new computer. The idea is that we have remote access for when something minor goes wrong. She won't be able to cope with being asked ro passwords etc. On the old computer we used Teamviewer but it seemd on the new machine to only be possible to set it up to give access on receipt of a password (might be my incompetence 😢). Any suggestions for software, preferably free and no user input?

It being a new computer makes absolutely no difference. What's probably happened here is you've just set it up again and the default mode waves a new password at you.If Chrome is the browser of choice its all built in:(needs the extension, here: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/chrome-remote-desktop/inomeogfingihgjfjlpeplalcfajhgai )List of software here, use sort by "Free for Personal Use" and try some out.1
