Raisin app failed log in

Hi, just wondering if anyone else cant log into the Raisin app coming up log in failed I tried reinstalling the app also tried another phone the log in is correct as I can log in using the desktop website, I emailed and the response was no issues with the app , its not the biggest deal but thought id ask if its only me
