For the past 2 years, I've done a similar savings challenge. I have small envelopes and number them 1 - 52. Each week I randomly pick one and put the corresponding amount in pounds into the envelope. By the end of the year you will have £1378. I use it for Christmas shopping. This year I have opened a separate account in my Chase Account and I'll transfer it there monthly, instead of having the cash in the house. That way I'll also get my 1% cashback when I use it for Christmas Shopping!

Or you could just transfer £26 each week to your Chase account. This would be simpler because each week you know how much money you have to spend and how much will be going in to savings. If you get paid monthly then you could pay £115 into a regular saver account by monthly standing order. This might be easier than making transfers manually.
