Paying Tax as part time foster carer

Options
Hello - any advise welcome and sorry if I know nothing about this:
I work full time and earn £52K p.a. Tax and NI paid by my employer each month automatically and on payslip etc.
I recently became a respite foster cater through local council - occasional weekends.  I'm 56 and thinking doing it more when I retire at 60 so just dipping my toe in water at moment to see if I'm a good fit for same etc.  I've had one placement so far (Nov 2023) and was paid total of £120 by council for same. Had pay slip/statement from council - no tax or NI just full amount paid into my bank account.
I think I need to declare this for tax purposes but would be grateful for any beginners advice:
1. When do I declare tax eg what dates am I declare any fostering income, is it 1 Jan 2023 - 31 Dec 2023?
2. How do I declare this? Is it online? Can I do this myself?
3. Am I likely to have to pay any tax or NI or anything else I'm not aware of?
4. I also bought some bits for the placement as the baby had nothing - this came out of my own money and I didn't claim for same, I presume this is covered by fostering allowance I receive. I think I also need to declare to house insurance that I'm
fostering albeit on very intermittent basis.
5. Are there any deadlines or must-dos I need to be aware of?
Sorry for all the questions just I've never had to do tax myself before and am new to fostering. As my fostering allowance was so tiny this year I wasn't sure if I needed to declare it etc?
I have no other income or savings or other monies etc.
Many thanks for any advice / suggestions.
