Who is my Home Insurance with?

Hi all,
I've just noticed that I wasn't sent any policy documents last time I took out home insurance. Each month I am paying to 'Home Insurancelbis' but I can't find out who it is? Anyone got any ideas?

I'm going to call my bank tomorrow but you may get in there first.

    Lloyds bank are lbis.
How did you sign up? They normally have an online portal where you can view documents, et cetera.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.
