Dear hive mind,

I have received the attached Parking Charge Notice from Car Parking Partnership following my car being parked at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow.

It seems fairly open and shut to me as was issued well beyond the 14 days.

Is there something I’m missing?

Have already appealed to the issuer so next step will be to POPLA.

Any suggestions for points to include beyond the 14 days?

Thanks in advance

  • Your VRM is still visible at the top of page 2 of NTK.

You will need to put much more than the 14 day keeper liability into your POPLA appeal, you only need one point to be upheld for the appeal to be allowed so it's better to throw the kitchen sink at it.

I would search the car park/PPC name and POPLA on the forums to look for some examples of a good appeal, then adapt.

The NTK wording looks also looks non POFA to me (assuming you appealed as keeper and did not identify the driver)

  • To add - if you were visiting the hospital, have you complained to PALS?

Open and shut case ONLY as long as you didn't imply who was driving in your appeal.
