I use Tesco occasionally for deliveries (I consider paying a £1.50 delivery charge worthwhile), use Aldi and Lidl for most of my spending, and Asda for a few things (particularly the world foods, and my local one is also good for yellow stickers). If you already intend to spend there, then the vouchers will represent a genuine saving. But I think it is a good point that vouchers can tempt people to be less selective in their spending unless they are disciplined. But I suspect talk of spending is not the topic of main concern to most of us adopters of the YBS Christmas saver, and we were just using it for interest.Indeed you can, but I don't qualify for a railcard myself and use the train when I am travelling alone. I also don't spend enough on deliveries to make delivery saver worth it. Don't get me wrong, I do check the offers when I get Clubcard vouchers, but it's been a long time since any of the 100s of options were things I'd spend money on or I can get a better deal through another scheme.1

As I understand it, yes. You get a bonus based on how much is on the card on deadline day. How and when the money was added to the card is irrelevant.

Please excuse me if this has been covered elsewhere - is it possible to use the ASDA card to purchase other gift cards available in the store, i.e. book tokens, IKEA vouchers etc.,£6000 in 20230

Unofficially - nothing stopped you doing this at self checkouts last time I checked a few months ago.I can't remember if that was before or after they changed all their backend away from Wal-Mart tho, that might have changed things.Do yourself a favour and try with a small low value gift card first, then try something bigger but stick to £100 or less per transaction otherwise you might end up getting stopped and checked (which is about preventing people getting scammed but nevertheless might raise eyebrows).1
