Well done!  Are you as sure as you can be that:

1.  By 17 July 2023 there were no vehicles registered in your name at an old address; and
2   You had at least one vehicle registered in your name at the new address?

I think the answer to 1 is more important

Then it’s time to write the demand letter giving the parking company and its solicitors short notice that you require them to join with you at their expense in applying for the judgment to be set aside without a hearing (court cost £108) failing which you will make a unilateral application for it to be set aside at a hearing which will involve a court fee of £275 plus your costs which you will claim from them in the application
