Balance transfer Virgin money CC to MBNA

I’m considering changing to a MBNA balance transfer credit card. Am I able to move my balance on virgin money CC to MBNA CC? I want to make sure they are not in the same group and therefore if the transfer would ok in terms of the T&Cs.

MBNA is part of Lloyds group - and even then, I do Lloyds to Halifax fine
Virgin is entirely separate
