Try Bymiles.
You pay for the car to be parked, then a per mile charge.
Like a mobile contract at the end of the month.
Via a black box you attach to the obd2 port.
Standard insurance for me is £1100 ish if not more.
Bymiles was £105 parked and 9.5p a mile.
