• Competition opened at 15.00 (3pm) on 02.01.2024.
• Competition closes at 12:00 (Midday) on 30.04.2024 and 3 working days later for postal entries.

1) The prize comprises a seven (7) night stay to France, Italy, Greece or Spain for up to four (4) people including;

a) Return Economy flights from a London airport to the chosen destination (flights may be indirect depending on the location)

b) Car hire for the duration of the holiday with unlimited mileage and collision damage waiver.

c) Seven (7) nights sharing a two (2) bed villa in either France Italy, Greece or Spain courtesy of Olivers Travels.

d) £500 spending money

2) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, the winning individual must be accompanied by an adult aged 25 or over. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the villa and to take rental of the rental car for security deposit purpose. The credit card must be in the name of the driver for the car hire.

3) The designated driver must be over 25 years of age and have held a full driving licence for 12 months or more.  

4) The prize must be taken by 31st January 2025 but cannot be taken from 1st August 2024 to 31st August 2024 and 15th December 2024 to 5th January 2025. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5.

5) Booking is subject to availability. 

6) A BACS transfer for the £500 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed

7) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.

8) The prize-winner’s stay must adhere to the individual villa terms and conditions.

9) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the villa or any facilities / elements of the prize being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.

10) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

11) If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, all entrants affected will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotional dates, revised fulfilment dates or prizes.

12) It is the responsibility of the prize winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the prize winner and his/her companion when taking the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

13) Any additional charges or expenses due to COVID-19 which could include but are not limited to quarantine hotels, COVID passports (should they become a requirement), COVID tests etc. will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 

14) Passports, Visas and City and ECO taxes are the responsibility and at the cost of the prize winner.  Channel 5 or Cloud Nine cannot be held responsible if the prize winner or any of the travelling party fail to obtain the required travel documentation.

15) Travel insurance is not included but it is strongly advised for travel. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining appropriate travel insurance for themselves and their companion. 

16) The prize winner and their party (where applicable) are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by any destination country.  Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the prize winner and their party (where applicable).

17) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.

18) For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from the home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.

19) Accommodation and footage kindly provided by Olivers Travels.
