Landlord has not repaired roof damage three years after reporting it.

You and I both know that seemingly "problematic" tenants (even if they're just trying to affirm their rights) can be asked to leave for no reason.

Exactly why I have not done anything so far, the company owns most of the houses in this street and we hear stories of people being asked to leave conveniently after they have demanded repairs be done.
