As the title asks, can these be removed
i rather dropped the ball on a small debt (company credit card) that i believed was a company matter but turns out i had given a personal guarantee.. it went to court before xmas, i was in hospital for an operation, dropped the ball etc and it slipped through
Are these things completely set in stone now, or can they be removed, worst case i can pay the debt probably..but I’m not sure if its too late?

If it's within 30 days, you can pay it and it won't appear on your files.0

but its showing on my equifax file already, the judgement date is only 15 days ago however0
-
So you have 15 days to pay it and have it removed....0

sorry i thought you meant it doesn’t appear for 30
days..who is responsible for getting it removed, i.e does this happen automatically or do i need to apply,
or the creditor?
Also can it be removed with other reasons, for example as it was a company debt i’m not sure its correct + separately i was in hospital for most of the time - so 2 entirely separate reasons but i guess the question is are these things ‘appealable’ ..
Sorry for all the questions!0 -
What grounds are there to appeal on ? Was it your company that defaulted on the debt?0
-
yes the card was a company card with the company name on it, but they went after me personally, possible that’s legit, the question really is can one appeal a CCJ, and if so how? i.e to which body etc
