Hello, bit of an odd one. My partner checked his credit report and it said he was utilising 2000% of his limit. It is showing a credit account as active when it is a closed account. The amount outstanding is his debt owed but none on account that's open.
Is this correct? Just on mine it doesn't show.previous accounts on mine so wondering why his is so different
