northeast22 said:@tomruth78 my Mum fell for this website as well and had tried to return the items. They are stuck in customs as Oliver London gave some incorrect information and won't help to collect them.
Could you share your responses that helped you get a full refund? Which letters from Which did you use? Any help would be appreciated!
Not the same thing at all - Oliver London might have given them incorrect information.
That post was back in January. The OP has not been back since.1 -
I’m currently in dialogue with Olivia London and realise that I appear to have been naive in my purchase. Like OP, I’ve now been offered a 20% discount or to return the item to China when I said I’d post a review to Trustpilot. Original reason for return was garment is too short. It is not the fabric promised either. My question to this group is whether anyone with similar experience has flagged it to Instagram and had any success?0

You can flag it to instagram, sadly that probably won't help anyone get their money back. Companies such as these just open up under a new name once they have been banned from sites or have too much negative feedback.

Maybe even changing their name from Oliver to Olivia!
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.1 -
Thanks both. It has been a lesson learned. If anything useful arises, I will post here.0

I’ve applied for a refund from my credit card company. Good lesson - filling in the refund form I checked the ‘Returns Policy’ - which right down on the bottom does say returns have to be shipped to China…0

Just to add my story... Oliver London is now operating as Oliver Harrison London. Not sure if that is linked to all the bad reviews but also have a low rating on Trip Advisor.
I only bought a jumper but instantly saw a cheaper one (the same!) on another website. When I raised this they pretty much said tough.
3 weeks later I get the item. It seems ok but will try a return as 1) no invoice, 2) no labels i.e. washing instructions 3) plastic threads coming out of the jumper. Doesn't seem like a £60 jumper to me (and that was discounted).
If enquired about a refund so just waiting. It states there could be a £15 charge on small returns.
Strangely, as mentioned above but a year ago, there's a UK return address on the package bit policy states China, hence high the cost.
What a shambles. Lesson learnt but they obviously have a 'return to sender' address just in case which implies you could send a rerun there too, they just don't want the cost of sending back to China.0 -

i had a similar experience and had no luck finding an answer with an elderly relative. Complaining on socials seemed to hurry a lengthy returns process along.0
