CPA

I feel as if I've been duped into setting up a CPA, I bought a fitness app on my phone, expecting a month's fitness programme. Once it had all been set up, I came to realise it was for longer than a month and it had set up a pre approved payment, a continous payment authority. This isn't what I wanted, I only wanted one month of the programme and feel that I was misled into this. I did this through PayPal and subsequently cancelled it. What will happen now?  Tia

So the payments are no longer going from PayPal to the app?
In all likelihood the app will realise that you've cancelled the payment and it will terminate your membership of the fitness programme.

Yeah but I've paid for the first month, do you think that's safe?

I think it's unlikely you get your month.  If you can contact the company behind the app then then that's what I'd suggest.

I was hoping they wouldn't realise until they attempted to take the money
