2007 Van battery going flat after a week of no use. Is it normal or indicating new battery in order?

2007 vehicle ? when was the Starting battery last replaced ? if it's the original battery it's likely become tired, sulphated and all the other age related degradation you see with lead-acid batteries ?
even if the battery has bene replaced once unless it was replaced in the past few years it may well have beomce degraded with age ( if it was replaced at 7-10 years it between 7 -10 years old )
I note you say you are livign i nthe van ., what is the arrangment of bartteries, charging and are the house batteries adeuqately isolated fro mthe Starting / vehicle battery ?
is there a quiescent load on the starting battery ?
