Transunion hard credit search, what do the letters after signify?

Happy new year. I was looking at my transunion credit file through Credit Karma (f/k/a Noddle) and noticed a bunch of letters after the hard credit search I had. I'd applied and got the product, but I'm curious to know what it all means?
The entries are below - the italicised words are the ones of interest. Obviously I know HSBC UK Bank PLC are the bank I applied to, and the HSBC credit card is the product.
I've googled and it seems it's a fairly common appendage but no explanation of what they're all about.
Thanks!

Hsbc Uk Bank Plc (Aqm) (Cr, Ar, Cval)
Hsbc Credit Card (Cr Api) Uk
Thanks!
