Renting to a company via a Company Let

As others have said, mortgage companies don't like it so if you have a mortgage that will be your huge problem and also,a company who can take on all the hassle while giving you guaranteed rent isn't something that sounds like a good idea. As others have said, they are likely to put anyone in it with no concern for your property at all and you have no say over it.
I would avoid. An actual company let is less bad as they tend to just rent on behalf of the tenant and you know who is there.1 -
Thanks for all the advice. I have declined with the company and now exclusively looking at AST only. I think everyone has helped me dodge a potential bullet here.3
