Smart Meter Fault
Has anyone else had an issue with the smart meter not registering any usage and any ideas how we deal with Octopus and the price increase tomorrow?
We have reported it time and and again and have had to throw our dummies out of our prams to get an appointment on the 15th January 2024 to get an engineer out to it.

Are we talking electricity or gas here?When you say “not registering any usage” - you mean - no reading ps being sent to either your In Home Device or Octopus, and you can’t see any use either on the Octopus app, or on a third party app like Bright, or Loop?🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Sounds like you have it in hand if you have an appointment booked?
Just to confirm do you mean the fancy LCD display screen (IHD)has stopped working or the meter in the cupboard (this is the smart meter)1
